Student Mental Health and Well-Being Grant for Schools
In response to the increase in stress and anxiety among youth, HeartMath launched a mental health initiative last year, impacting over 500+ students at 22 sites. The accompanying interactive map opens up to many informative reports and inspiring stories. In 2024, we will be expanding this initiative to 50 more schools. There is a grant application provided for those who wish to participate.

Improving Mental Health in Schools with HM Technology
Listen to the stories of two school counselors who are using the emWave® Pro with students and staff to help manage stress and to support emotional regulation and positive relationships. Sarah Geiger is a Middle School Counselor in Southern Ohio who is training students to be more in sync. Marco Mora is an Elementary School Counselor in Truckee, California, whose expertise and care have helped many students learn emotional regulation.
